#JAMMU: For the people traveling from Akhnoor and surrounding areas to Amritsar for better healthcare facilities, Nirman Health Care Hospital Amritsar inaugurated its new OPD center in the Manda area of Akhnoor on Sunday. The chief guest of the event, SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat, inaugurated this OPD center in the presence of esteemed individuals from Akhnoor.
Special OPD services for Orthopedics, Neurologists and general physicians will be available at this center. On the occasion of the center’s inauguration, a free health check-up camp was also organized, where approximately 200 individuals from the region received free health check-ups.
Addressing the media on this occasion, SSP Mohan Lal Bhagat extended congratulations to the founder of the center, stating that this OPD center will not only provide healthcare services but also take a step forward towards a healthy and prosperous future for the community. He mentioned that previously, people in the region had to rely on other states for specialized healthcare facilities, but with the opening of the OPD center at Akhnoor’s Construction Hospital, people will have better healthcare facilities near their homes. He also appealed to the people present at the event to adopt a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically.
