NEW DELHI: Prices of 19-kg #commercial LPG #cylinders and five-kg Free Trade LPG cylinders (popularly known as chotu or mini cylinders) were increased by Rs 993 and Rs 261 respectively on Friday.
The prices of bulk and commercial LPG cylinders, the Indian Oil Corporation noted that these cylinders make up 1% of their network’s total consumption.
In Delhi, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 3,071.50 while in Mumbai it will cost Rs 3,024. Mini (5 kg) domestic cylinders are priced at around Rs 339 in Delhi, with similar small-cylinder pricing trends in Mumbai.
The increase in prices follows a similar hike last month, when state-owned oil companies increased prices of both 19-kg commercial cylinders and 5-kg mini cylinders.
